Got our beatings naked - either stand with hands behind head, feet on two marks on floor wide apart or same but bent over gripping ankles. Hard to hold this position if moving meant starting over!! Also over saw horse - gripped the bottom bar for dear life, again feet apart. All young men need to experience corp. punishment. More another time.

ถึง stu4519 : My Dad was an expert with the cane - he'd allow each welt to "blossom" and the pain to rise to almost max and begin to subside before he delivered the next stroke so it was like a continual cycle of pain!!! When I was 16/17 I was getting 25 strokes of the cane. He didn't always use the cane but had a variety of "instruements of correction" He had one large strap (probably a prison strap) but, interestingly, even the sight of it got us aroused - and when I got it I was in a real state of arousal - afterwards it was either a brutal wank or fuck the vacuum cleaner!!! Yeah, I got caned in school over my trousers - unfortunately if a guy got caned in school a note was sent home to the parents to say that their son had got the caned - you couldn't not give it to dad because it had to be signed and returned to school - tried once to forge his signature but school caught on - I got a real bad thrashing at home!!! Regarding being naked in front of Dad and each other - we couldn't have cared less - it seemed the natural way to take a beating!! Never bore Dad any ill will - it was good that he was prepared to take us in hand. We were adrenaline junkies and were always in the think of something which invariably led to a session in the basement. If we broke curfew the minute we came in dad just said "you know what you need to do and you know where you need to go" Breaking curfew was punishable by a major whipping. Usually bent over the saw horse, gripping on to the bottom rail with legs apart - I'd go so hard that my rod was tight up against my belly!!

At school, we had to line up in the gym after a detention for the cane, but we all had shorts on, and it was JUST 6 strokes. At home, it was an unknown number, but usually 12/15/18 or more, and we were naked. From about 14 or so, we got hard both at school and home (but more visible at home of course), no comment from the teacher or my Dad. Most PE teachers wore rugby kit/trainers - one used to only wear rugby shorts to cane boys. He was late 20's and very fit, so you had a contrast between his well built body and skinny lads - he used to get aroused, and I certainly did - wishing he would order me to strip naked !!

Yeah, it hurt but we preferred it to things like grounding which went on and on - once you'd got your beating that it it, over and done with - which was good. We'd also get hard as a steel spike boners but he paid no attention to that!!

All we knew at the time was it hurt; but I realised that the cane he used was one used on much older teenage boys in borstals. Usually we got the strap first, which made you really sore across a wide area, allowing the cane to bite really hard. If we were both to be punished, we had to wait together, both naked, then watch the first to be punished.

Also we watched each other get it - it was meant to be a deterrent - as the eldest I got it the hardest - 25 strokes of the cane not unusual, and also got 75 strokes of a big strap with holes in it - remember once being suspended from school for something I did - I was thrashed every morning of that detention - almost broke me but I got through it - I NEVER got suspended again!!!!

My Dad was similar - very involved with my us, but very strict. For example, one punishment he used was to make us go for a 3, 4 or 5 mile run each morning for say 2 weeks - we had target times and if we failed to meet them, he used the strap and/or cane to make his point. We also got caned at school (late 60's), but at school it was a maximum of 6 strokes on shorts/trousers - at home it was always 12 strokes minimum and we had to go to our rooms, strip naked, and face the wall hands on head waiting .
